Live your dream in paradise as you wake to the sound of the Pacific Ocean at your doorstep in this 3-bedroom + loft, 3-bath beach front home. One of four beachfront homes ideal for family reunions or small weddings.*

Have breakfast on your large living room lanai, or on the private lanai off the master suite on the second floor. Master Suite includes modern bath with ocean views. The upstairs sleeping loft includes a full bathroom. Your Hawaiian hale (home) also includes a spacious living room, fully equipped open kitchen, dining area, two bedrooms (1 king, 2 twins) and a full bath with tub/shower on the ground floor. All 3 bedrooms and sleeping loft have AC.

The Master Suite is located on the ocean side of the second floor. It features panoramic ocean views, a private lanai (balcony), Air Conditioning, a spacious bathroom with a soaker tub with ocean views and a queen size bed. In addition, the second floor features a sleeping loft with two twin beds, a/c and a full bathroom.

This home includes an outside Hot/Cold enclosed shower, free WI-FI Internet access, cable sports channels and HI-Def Smart Flat Screen TV. 57-501, on the right/east, and 57-503, on the left/west, have identical floor plans.

Fire up the grill and sip your evening drink as you view spectacular sunsets from your outdoor dining area. Step down from your deck to a generous lawn area overlooking the beach.

Take stairs down to the small sandy beach with reef and tide pools to explore; walk east 100 yards to the rightand find a swimming area and keyhole opening to the ocean; continue walking east another 100 yards to the west end of beautiful Kawela Bay.

  We had an absolutely amazing time staying at this vacation home. The view is to die for. The house had plenty of space for all of our family and was conveniently located near most north shore attractions. The backyard was perfect for hosting a small gathering of family and friends. Only downside was the weak air conditioning and/or lack of curtains/blinds. My husband and I stayed in the master and had the best views of any bedroom. However, the sun beats down on those windows and the AC did not have enough power to cool the room. It wasn’t until about 8 or 9 pm until we could stand being in that room. The view is spectacular so I get why you wouldn’t want to obstruct the view, but simple curtains that can be drawn while you are out during the day might help. However, all that being said, I would do it all over again for that location.

  This is the second year we rented this house (actually there are two almost identical homes and we have now rented both). Location, location, location. The house is well equipped, nicely furnished, the master bedroom and bath are fabulous and the deck and front lawn are jut plain wonderful. I spent nearly every morning reading and having my morning tea on the decks enjoying the amazing ocean view. And the beach is right there - this is a true beach/ocean front home. Only downside is that you need to walk down the beach a bit for snorkeling/swimming except at low tide with virtually no surge. Team Real Estate has been great to work with and are very responsive. Location is great about midway on the North Shore with reasonable drives to all the major beaches, Haleiwa Town, Kahuku food trucks and only about 45-60 minutes from HNL. While by no means cheap, this home is a great value and hard to beat!

  The view from the back porch was amazing! Stunning sunsets each evening and we were able to see whales playing in the water each evening as well. The outdoor shower came in handy. The BBQ was perfect. We used it a few nights and the kitchen had everything we needed to make our side dishes. The house is nicely located, close to food trucks just to the north, and beautiful beaches and the cute town of Haleiwa just to the south. We went on a catamaran whale watching excursion out of Haleiwa which was awesome. The house was just as advertised and it had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms and bathrooms had everything we needed. The living room furniture is a bit dated, but we spent all our time on the gorgeous deck so that was not an issue. The property managers were prompt and kind, answering all of my questions before we arrived. Check in was super easy.

  Excellent space. Lots of room for two families. We have stayed on the North shore before and found this location ideal to many beaches. The water is only accessible by a wooden staircase and the beach requires shoes as the area is a coral bed, but a quick walk led to a sandy area. Overall enjoyed the stay, the lovely lanai, and the sunsets! Check in was easy and not issues were encountered during our stay.

  First of all let me say that the view and the location was fabulous. Very close to sites and beaches. The house was nice but needs some updates to make it special. The living room furniture was very uncomfortable to sit at. The fans, air conditioners in the bedrooms, and appliances in the kitchen including pots and pans could use some updating they don’t work as well as they used to. There are cracked tiles in the bathroom and kitchen that makes the house look dated. The house could also use a marker outside the gate to identify where the houses is, very hard to locate in the dark. A bug zapper on the deck would be helpful due to the pesty flies and mosquitos we encountered. Two days before we checked out the gardeners came they did a good job but they blew a pile of clippings into our backyard and left before picking them up. We had a wonderful vacation but adding these updates would make this a more comfortable place to stay. Thank you.

  Our family had reserved this property during the height of COVID and ended up having to cancel. The team at Team Real Estate took great care of us and was very helpful in getting me a credit for future use.
  
  When we were able to use it (August 2022), we were very happy with the property. I had been concerned that there would be noise from the adjacent properties, but there were no issues at all! We enjoyed watching the chickens and cat running around the yards, along with the amazing ocean views!
  
  The house was very clean, and looked just like the pictures online. The beds were comfortable and the water pressure was amazing. The outdoor shower was great for cooling down after laying in the sun.
  
  Only two suggestions: please consider getting window coverings of some sort for the living room and upstairs bedroom. Once it's dark you are in a fishbowl. There were people out on the beach with flashlights one night and it was a little weird knowing that they could could see right into the bedroom.
  
  You should definitely get the AC running BEFORE people check in. It was 88 degrees the day we checked in and the house was sweltering. Four little window AC units took about 18 hours to get the house comfortable, and the loft area will always be extra warm, as the cool air leaks out the louvered windows. The downstairs bedrooms and the master upstairs would get cool as long as the doors were kept closed. We figured out quickly to keep the upstairs room door closed and it was comfortable.
  
  All in all it was a wonderful house and I would stay there again!

  The house views from the backyard were beautiful! We got to see the sunset every night! And hearing the ocean at night was absolutely wonderful!
  The house was a bit tricky to find and we almost passed it driving a few times but the location was great, out of the city and busy areas.
  The house states it sleeps 8 and there was 5 of us total and we barely had enough silverware/cups/plates for one meal. We had to continuously wash dishes multiple times a day. The first night we tried to use the oven and it didn't work. I sent the property management a message and normally I hear right back from them but this time I didn't hear back until 2 days later after I sent a couple of messages. They were very apologetic but we still weren't able to use the oven our whole stay. The stove worked but not the oven. They did send a repairman out but it didn't get fixed during our stay which was a little inconvenient.
  The upstairs loft blinds were missing so it was very very bright the minute the sun came up which was a bit annoying trying to sleep in on vacation!
  There were lots of roaches crawling outside on the ground at night. Kinda creepy! But we never found any in the house.
  Other than that we made it all work and had a great time! We will definitely be back. Northshore is where its at!

  We had a pleasant experience. Missing an iron and the owner brought one immediately after request. Great location, easy to access all areas of the island, several beaches and food. Stairway to beach and pretty quiet area, some road noise and chickens are a plenty. Couches/chairs were pretty low and cushions not adequate for older individuals. Some dirty floors, fans upon arrival but overall pretty good.

  This is our 3rd time staying and as always was so great! We absolutely love the location and amenities. Usually the management is quick to respond and easy to get ahold of. This time they were a bit slow. It was nothing urgent and I never tried the "emergency" line but would have appreciated more of a prompt response. Also found some of the furniture in a bit of disrepair and would be nicer if it was replaced. There also should be dishes for 12 and at most there is enough for 8. I am sure it is due to the management not knowing but this should be attended to on a regular basis. The rest we have no issues with, clean, spectacular location. The only negative is the still waiting on an email back.

  The pictures of this property just can't do the view justice. Our family stayed here for 10 nights and we woke up every single morning in complete awe of the view, the children would immediately go feed the chickens and then take an early morning swim. The sounds of the waves crashing was amazing to sleep to. We made so many life-long memories. Just down the stairs about three houses down is a great little protected area the little ones could swim. We loved this corner of Oahu .. while it's a bit of a drive, it was extremely peaceful on an otherwise very busy island.

  The place was perfect for our group and we would rent it again! But a couple things to note although they wouldn't prevent me from renting again.. but you should know.. 1) it's a big step in and out of the upstairs master bath/shower. A step would be easier for shorter people. 2) There are little geckos or lizards upstairs (crawling on the floors and the walls) 3) Upstairs there are no curtains.. you will wake up early and the outside street noise by the twin beds is loud at night.

  We had a great time at this property. It is located on a private beach with easy access. When the surf wasn't super high, I walked several miles to Sunset Beach and could have kept going to the Banzai Pipeline and beyond. The house is spacious and open. The highlight is the master bedroom on the second floor with its own covered balcony. Spent a lot of time up there just looking at the ocean, reading, napping, etc. Enjoyed meeting Lucky and really appreciated the personal service from Monique. I went on a few hikes on the North Shore and we enjoyed shopping in Haleiwa as well as a day at the Polynesian Cultural Center. All in all a wonderful time.

We stayed there during a huge storm (Feb 2020) with very strong winds which left us without power. We were able to reach management who provided solutions very quickly. Thanks !

  Family stayed at both houses and it was fantastic! Kids played in tide pools on the beach all day long and there wasn’t a video game in site. The view from master bedroom was perfect and relaxing to the sound of the ocean made you know you were in paradise. Highly recommend this vacation home.

  It was most important to us to have a home right on the beach and this VRBO is. A few steps down and we were in the tidal pools. The home itself was very spacious and comfortable for 4 adults and 2 children. We appreciated the covered deck and ate all our meals there, with some of us having coffee on the upstairs balcony. We could see and hear the ocean through the large windows and patio doors.

  We were lucky enough to be the first people to stay in the newly remodeled building! Everything was wonderful. The owners were very informative and very kind. The view from the master suite cannot be beat at this price. As other reviewers have mentioned, my wife had some bug bites on her legs. This isn't because of bed bugs, so stop that ****. This property lies next to a reef. When the tide is lower, the reef makes a standing pool of water. Mosquitoes are to blame for the bites, NOT bed bugs. It was only one time regardless. A+ stay! Hope we can get it again if we go back to Oahu!

  Property in great location, well presented and suitable for family holiday. Fridge was problematic lots of condensation forming on top and shelves to point of dripping water, obviously a long standing problem as note inside on taped control instructing not to move controls. Windows and blinds in downstairs bedrooms in very poor condition, windows difficult to open and blinds hard to adjust in any way. New deck at back a wonderful space but outdoor furniture provided scratched surface at slightest movement, which was disturbing as we tried to maintain as new surface.

  The view is amazing, access to beach right off the lot. House is very comfortable, but old inside. Clean but very dated. The upstairs very large room with balcony is amazing, morning views out over the ocean that are just fantastic. Was surprised that the king bed was in one of the rooms downstairs, the upstairs room has only a queen. Bathroom upstairs s cramped but very usable; downstairs is fine for shared between the two downstairs rooms. If you plan to cook, the equipment in the house is a bit challenging. Knives VERY dull. But kitchen work space excellent. Overall a great place, with a dated look and feel.

  The house was in an excellent location! Beach front, gorgeous views, sea turtles swimming and a natural swimming pool "keyhole" just a few houses down. The house is a bit older and with a few minor repairs/updates could be amazing! The views from the second floor balcony are beautiful but doors really need screens so that you can leave them open without bugs coming inside. Due to the bugs we had to keep the doors closed which made it incredibly hot and difficult to sleep. A few more pedestal fans throughout the entire house would have made a huge difference. We can't speak highly enough about Sophia from Team Real Estate, as she responded quickly to any concerns we reported, for ex: the stove handle came off and the handy man was scheduled immediately. We loved the outdoor shower, the deck and yard, although the deck needs some TLC. Additionally I would not suggest going over the 4th of July as it was SO busy and the traffic was a nightmare. The very next day traffic and tourists were gone. Unfortunately is was also the hottest week that they have had so far, which made it miserable in the house when there was no breeze. Highlights included Polynesian Cultural Center, Dole Plantation, Pearl Harbor, Aloha stadium swap meet and Ted's bakery is a must. Over the past 25 years we have rented over 25 homes on the Oregon coast and found this home to be good value for the money. We looked extensively and you are not going to find a beach front house for this price.

  Excellant vacation! Great location! Lots of fun. A/c didnt work and wasnt as advertised. When we told the mgmt company, no offers were made for discounts or accomodations. Key pickup and drop off is a big drag and you do not want to add extra time to an already long travel day. Should have lockbox at house or a numbered entry system. Gave key to housekeeper for return and mgmt wasnt happy

  This home could not have been more perfect. Our 3-generation family of 7 stayed here in absolute comfort. Each morning we were met by the crowing rooster, drove the short distance down the road to the famous Ted's bakery for pie, stopped at a fruit stand practically outside the gate, then walked on the beach to collect shells and swim. Though we were there during extreme tide and wave warnings, there were two protected swimming spots about 6 houses away in either direction. This house alone was an ideal set up, but the location would be even better for larger parties combining the properties. It is an hour's drive from Honolulu and Hanauma Bay, but having stayed in Waikiki in the past, this side of the island feels much closer to nature and less like a typical Americanized city.
  
  The house itself was in good condition. The furniture was excellent, the windows and screens were all new, wifi worked perfectly. Some of the fixtures and supplies could use updating (faucets, toilet seats, cookware), but everything worked fine. Our favorite thing was the private outdoor shower with hot water. It functioned as a third shower, which was handy with 7 people. We never turned on the tv or the air conditioner because the open windows and the ocean sounds were more than enough.
  
  I was leary about staying on the beach because I HATE sand in the house (we had a gritty vacation in San Diego where sand even ended up in the beds), but with the grass yard as a buffer, the outdoor shower, and carpeting in the bedrooms, sand never made it into the house at all. Because the property was gated from the main road, we left shoes outside and hung towels and suits on the clothesline overnight or while we were gone. The lanai truly functioned as an additional living space.
  
  If we return to Oahu, we would not consider staying anywhere else. This is the best property (for the price) you will find on the whole island.

  Kawela kai was perfect for our family vacation. We all were so comfortable and extremely happy here. We had enough room for everyone to gather and enjoyed the dinners together, the beach walks ( careful for the rocks) and especially the sunsets! Love the location away from the traffic of the North Shore and all the roadside fruit stands. Turtle Bay Resort is so close to enjoy a nice sunset cocktail by the pool bar and live music to boot.   This house is better than described. We arrived to blue skies and fantastic ocean views. This house has so much room you can find your own space or spend time with the family on the verandah. There was noise from the cars on the highway but after Saturday night it wasn't that busy. The sound of the ocean negated the cars. The outdoor shower was the best. We all used it as the view was spectacular. The house has everything you require fir a fantastic Holliday. Loved it!

  My husband and I rented out all four houses for our beautiful wedding. Our family who stayed in the venue enjoyed this beautiful home. The property was well maintained and clean. We had a hard time opening and closing the door because the door was swollen. So just to be safe because we did not want to break it especially since it had a glass window in the middle of the door everyone had to exit and enter through the sliding doors. Although when it came to locking up we had to exit through the main door, which took us a good 10minutes to get the door open.

  We totally enjoyed staying at Kawela Kai Nani. It was the perfect getaway! The beach houses were located well past the busy North Shore beaches, but close enough to get to/from them. It was mostly quiet except for the roosters and the blaring mopeds on Saturday night (LOL!) It was all well worth waking up every morning to that incredible ocean view and seabreezes. The property and landscaping are maintained very well. Some furniture, fixtures, and the linens could be upgraded, but they worked fine for a beach house. I appreciated the upgraded electronics in the living room. We rented all four houses to have our wedding on the beach and garden reception, and it was PERFECT!

  This was a very nice place to stay on the North Shore. The beach is right in the backyard. We loved the sound of the waves. We didn't like the sound of the traffic, however, which is also very close by. There is great cross breeze with all the windows open, but there is only air conditioning in one downstairs bedroom. There is cable T.V. with lots of channels, but when we tried to purchase a movie, we were blocked. Overall, this was a great place and we enjoyed our stay very much.
